NICE!

You are even predicting trades. That's tough to do. I think the Packers are taking Pryor too. I like the pick but he seems like a headhunter that is going to get a lot of penalties. Plus I'm not sure if he is a big hitter that is a strong tackler or if he is a big hitter that doesn't wrap up. I will be happy with the pick though. We need a good intimidator back there.

My wish list for tonight...
Ha-Ha Clinton Dix S
Eric Ebron TE
Aaron Donald DT
CJ Mosely ILB
Calvin Pryor S

I like Shazier, for the most part, but he looks like a cornerback playing linebacker. He's a playmaker though, was one of the tops in the NCAA for tackles for loss. Seems like a big risk/big reward type player.

It's tough to say I would be happy with a WR in the first, but I realize that Rodgers has lost Driver, Jennings, and Jones the past few years and Ted likes to keep the cupboard stocked at WR. If a good WR happens to slide and Ted takes him in the first I would not be unhappy, just not thrilled - especially with the holes on D.

I only like a TE in the first if Ebron slides, but I doubt he will.

And for some reason I am just feeling that one way or another, Johnny Football ends up on the Cowboys. Jerry Jones has the patience of a 4 year old when it comes to players he wants.

This is one of the best sports days of the year. Have fun everyone and happy drafting!

It is near impossible but so is predicting the draft so what the hell why not try it for once.

Pryor is an excellent tackler as well and a hitter and this team needs both out of th emiddle of thei rdefense. CJ Mosely is in fact my top choice, but I have a hard time believing he will be there, but if he is then run the frickin card up and pick him. It would be athe perfect match of value and need.

Shjazier is a player for sure, but I do worry about his size in the middle. he doe smake a lot of plays behind the line of scrimmage in college but those opportunities are fewer it the NFL, he also seems to have coverage abiity and the Packers have been weak in the MLB corps for that skil for a while.

Happy Drafting my friend!

Thanks WSS for putting up your mock draft! Being stuck in Bear country, I doubt if they would ever trade down if they had a shot at #14 for Aaron Donald. The Bears and Giants have a hard on for Donald. The second part of the Bear tradedown would probably be a pick for Pryor rather than Mosely. Next to their horseshit DLine, their safety play was even worse than GB's...if that's imaginable. FYI, the locals here have a wish list of Donald, Ha Ha, and Pryor as their pick 14 wish list. However, that was a damn good mock on your part!

OK, on to better things like us....I think we have a realistic shot at Mosely, especially if there's a QB and WR run in the draft. Also there's been some rumblings about Mosely's medical chart that might drop him a few pegs. My wish list is Mosely, Dix, Pryor, Shazier, or a CB that might have slipped down the chart if the first four are gone.

If safety (top 2) and LB's are gone and not first round ranking, I wouldn't be surprised to see TT trade down (if possible) to take advantage of the depth of the draft.

If nine picks, as currently listed, I see a draft of 2 LB's, S, CB, WR, QB, 2 OL (C/T), and TE --- with no particular order. Let the draft begin!!

Definitely one of the great sport days of the year, right up there with a fantasy football draft if you are into that as well.

NT, I definitely agree with you about having a LB or S that can hit and provide a little intimidation in the backfield. We haven't had any intimidator back there since Wayne Simmons (#59) at OLB cracking TE's going over the middle.

I don't think I'd like to see a WR picked in the first round considering the WR pool is very deep and a good one could be found in the 3rd round where TT usually seems to find them anyways.
